Cancellation Policy
We get it – life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $15 fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service cost. This ensures fairness to both our team and clients waiting for appointments.
